In a world that moves too fast, where our bodies and minds are constantly stressed, we often forget how to move, express, and feel with ease and love—without fear of judgement from others and most importantly ourselves.
This session creates a space just for you, where you can reconnect with your true self. Through dance and art, we channel energy and thoughts, aligning with your own rhythm and, ultimately, with nature itself. These creative practices help release unnecessary stress, restore balance, and nurture a sense of inner peace, allowing you to move freely and express yourself authentically.
We begin with relaxation through gentle pranayama (breathing exercises) to center your energy. Then, we explore creative expression through dance and art and conclude with meditation, giving you space to reflect on your thoughts and bring a sense of calm and balance.
How would it feel to move and draw without any reason or pressure? Don’t tell us you can’t dance or draw—we know you can. Everyone can! If you’re ready to let go of self-judgment and just express yourself freely, this is for you. It’s your time to be creative, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. How is it different than a regular yoga class?
Unlike drop-in yoga classes, this is a comprehensive one-month course designed to give you a complete foundation in yogā. It’s intensive and instructor-led, combining practical sessions with philosophical insights to help you build your own confident, independent practice. You’ll not only learn āsana, prāṇāyāma, and dhyāna, but also explore what it means to live as swastha and dhārmic. Regular weekly live sessions add depth through guided activities and discussions, making it an immersive, transformative learning experience.
