You came to the mountains for rest
but returned more tired, and probably hungover?
A 3-day Himalayan retreat to reset your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect — through yoga, trekking & stillness (not a party trip)

I See You!
You are tired. Not just sleepy but bone-deep exausted.
And somehow, even rest doesn't fix it anymore.
Here's the truth nobody tells you: this isn't something that gets solved once and never comes back. Pain, doubt, uncertainty — they keep showing up, in different forms, for all of us.
What changes is whether you have the tools to come back to yourself when they do.
That's exactly what you'll leave this retreat with.
This is not a just wellness holiday.
It's a space for installation of tools your nervous system has been asking for.

DEVIKA'S STORY
A few years ago, I had a good job and lived in this same mountain village but I was falling apart.
I dreaded waking up. I stayed in bed for hours, exhausted, hopeless. My body felt like it was turning against me. extreme pain, emotional swings. Eventually: PCOS. Thyroid.
And I hate taking medicines.
So I turned to Yoga, Ashrams, Sanskrit villages, Ayurvedic living, and years of learning directly from teachers rooted in Indic wisdom.
Not for certificates. Because I needed healing.
I kept testing and refining until I found a system that worked—again and again, especially when life became difficult.
That is what I share here.
Not from theory. From living it.
That is why I call you to the mountains—
to share the same tools that helped me come back to myself.

How to reach
Airports - The most common airport used for this journey is Delhi (Especially for international tourists). People may also come from Chandigarh.
