Trek starts from Kalgha Village which is a peaceful Himalayan mountain village nestled in the lush forests of Parvati Valley. What's Included In This Package
Day 1
Arrival & Trek to Campsite
Arrive at Devritti Yoga House in Kalga, Himachal Pradesh. Guests can store their luggage at the house. At 10:00 AM, we begin our trek to the campsite. After a 3–4 hour walk, we arrive and set up the camp together. The day includes a nourishing meal, orientation session, evening Yoga practice, followed by dinner and a bonfire under the open sky.
Day 2
Practice, Nature & Inner Exploration
Begin the day with a morning Yoga session followed by breakfast. Before lunch, explore the surrounding landscape or join an optional silent walk in nature. Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM. In the evening, we gather again for an Creative Expression(Dance, movement) and Yoga practice. The day concludes with dinner, a bonfire, and optional storytelling and sharing circle
Day 3
Closing Practice & Descent
Start the morning with Yoga and breakfast. After packing our belongings and mindfully cleaning the campsite, we begin the descent back to Kalga. The trek down takes approximately 2–2.5 hours.
Optional
Participants are warmly invited to join an informal evening gathering in Kalga before final goodbyes.

Food and Stay
The food provided will be simple and healthy vegeterian meals such as Indian Daal(Lentil), Vegetables, Rice, Chapati/Parathas etc. Morning/Everning tea and snacks will also be served. On the first day lunch will be packed for the trek cooked by the Yoga Facilitator herself.
You will be staying in twin sharing tents.
Private tents are available for an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person.

How to reach
Airports - The most common airport used for this journey is Delhi (Especially for international tourists). People may also come from Chandigarh.
1. Reach Bhuntar/Kasol Bus Stand
Volvo buses from Delhi/Chandigarh stop at Bhuntar, sometimes at kasol as well.
2. Drive/Bus to Barshaini/Kalgha Village
From Bhuntar or Kasol, you can take a taxi or local bus to Barshaini Dam or directly to Kalga Village. Road access is available up to Kalga; however, in case of unexpected weather conditions, there may be a short 20-minute walk required to reach the village. It’s a gentle, scenic trail with clear signboards.
Porters are available if you’re carrying heavy bags. 🌿
3. Village Entry
Once you reach the top, Kalga opens up into a peaceful village surrounded by forests, cafés, and homestays.

How's the weather?
April - Mid Jun: Pleasant, sunny days with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C, making it ideal for trekking, camping, and exploring. Pleasant weather, blooming flowers, and lush green landscapes. While days are warm, nights remain cold, requiring warm clothing. There are slight chances of light showers as mountain weather is always unpredictable.
How can I be a responsible traveler during the retreat?
Responsible tourism in Parvati Valley means respecting local customs, and managing waste, particularly by bringing non-biodegradable trash back out. Avoid loud music, respect privacy, and ask before taking photos.
